Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing) on the website Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversions Run and manage offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and product launches Analyze sales performance and prepare reports Handle customer queries related to orders and products
