Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of visual design initiatives and deliver high-quality, engaging creatives across digital and print platforms.

The role will primarily focus on Graphic Design (70%), with UI/UX Design (30%) for websites and digital platforms. Depending on the candidate’s expertise, the role may also be structured as 100% Graphic Design.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative projects from concept development to final execution while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Web teams to understand requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Translate marketing strategies and creative briefs into compelling, high-quality designs.
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s visual identity across all communication channels.
- Contribute to UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms, where applicable.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Take ownership of design quality and continuously improve creative output.
- Guide and support junior designers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, professional, and marketing-focused design work.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator




- Adobe InDesign
- Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to understand marketing objectives and convert them into effective visual communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or Marketing Environment.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animation.
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives, social media trends, and performance-oriented design.
