Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with sound knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining inventory records, and handling Purchase ,Sales related transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.

Record and verify Sales Entries and Purchase Entries.

Prepare and process Debit Notes and Credit Notes.

Generate and manage E-Way Bills and ensure GST compliance.

Handle Inventory Accounting and maintain accurate stock records.





Manage Item Breaking / Item Conversion / Composite Item Entries in Tally.

Reconcile inventory and accounting records regularly.

Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial reports.

Coordinate with the accounts and stores departments for smooth operations.

Assist in monthly and annual account closing activities.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in accounting and Tally operations.

Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.

Good understanding of GST, E-Way Bill, and Inventory Management.

Knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Debit Note, and Inventory Entries.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Positive communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with inventory and warehouse accounting.
