The role

This is a pivotal role and requires advisory, creative writing and project management skills. Experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, and behavioural insights is required. You will lead the development and delivery of learning experiences and business communications and be experienced in using AI tools to deliver efficiencies. You will act as a consultant to clients by analysing their requirements and designing the appropriate solution to meet their needs You will also manage the transformation of the learning intervention from the design stage to the finished product and ensure its quality.

The responsibilities

- Designing creative and solutions-led content for bespoke learning solutions and business communications (courses, point of need tools, platforms, AI prompts, apps etc) as well as proposals for new work




- Defining the performance measures needed to evaluate transfer of learning to the workplace
- Contributing to internal innovations in technology solutions or learning design
- Product analysis, development and quality assurance
- Project and client management
- Being a trusted advisor to clients

Requirements

- A confident communicator in English
- A degree in in the Humanities or Arts
- Highly literate with demonstrable creative writing ability
- Very good eye for detail and curiosity to get to an underlying business problem or issue
- Confident and dynamic, an exceptional verbal communicator, able to liaise with senior client contacts
- Organised self-starter with an enthusiastic “can-do” approach
- Experience in a commercial environment for other elearning providers is essential
- Experience of and knowledge of developing behaviour change learning interventions is essential
- Understanding measuring change behaviour is essential.

Salary

Competitive, dependent on experience.
