Monitor manufacturing of flours and ensure product quality.Develop and improve flours formulations (Multigrain atta, multimillet atta, millets atta, high protein atta etc.Standardize recipes and production process.Conduct qualitychecks on raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.Ensure complience with FSSAI,GMP,HACCP and food safety standards.Maintain production records, batch manufacturing recods(BMR),SOPs and quality documentation. Monitor Moisture and basic and critical quality parameters.Handle customer complaints related to product quality.
Coordinate with,production, purchase and maintainance departments.
Assist during internal and external audits.
Ensure hygiene and sanitization practices throughout the plant.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
