Role

We are looking for BIM Modellers / BIM Technicians with strong Revit modelling and drawing production skills to support UK-based projects. The candidate should be detail-oriented, technically capable and able to work with project standards and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update Revit models for Architectural, Structural or MEP packages based on project requirements.
- Prepare drawings, sheets, schedules, legends, details and project deliverables from Revit models.
- Update models and drawings based on UK team markups, coordination comments and QA feedback.
- Support clash detection, model reviews and issue resolution using Navisworks Manage.
- Maintain Revit model standards, view templates, sheet naming, file naming and linked models.
- Assist with Revit family creation, model clean-up, drawing extraction and PDF/DWG exports.
- Support ISO 19650-aligned BIM workflows under the guidance of BIM Coordinators.
- Coordinate with Architects, Engineers and Senior BIM team members on daily production tasks.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Solid hands-on experience in Revit modelling and drawing production.




- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for BIM coordination.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD for DWG updates and coordination.
- Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD/LOI, worksets, linked models, families, schedules and sheet production.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 19650, BEP requirements and CDE workflows.
- Ability to produce neat, accurate and consistent drawings suitable for UK project review.
- Knowledge of ACC/BIM 360 is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Previous UK project experience is an advantage.
- Gulf project experience is preferred.
- Experience with ReCap, point clouds, Dynamo, Solibri, Enscape or Twinmotion is beneficial.
- Experience working on Architectural, Structural or MEP BIM projects is preferred.
- A sample Revit-based portfolio is an added advantage.
