Delivery

Program Manager

Full time Noida, India (Work From Office)

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to own delivery across a portfolio of Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and AI implementation programs. You'll run multiple workstreams in parallel, be the client's single point of accountability, and keep scope, timelines, and margins healthy from kickoff to go-live.

What you will do

- Own end-to-end delivery for 3-5 concurrent client programs across Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and Dynamics 365
- Run program governance - status cadences, steering committees, RAID logs, and executive reporting
- Manage scope against the signed statement of work and lead change-request conversations with clients
- Build and maintain program plans across discovery, build, UAT, and go-live phases
- Coordinate cross-functional pods - architects, developers,



QA - across Delhi, Dallas, London, and New York time zones
- Track budgets, burn, and margins per program and flag risks before they become escalations
- Be the primary client contact - set expectations, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders confident
- Drive UAT cycles, go-live readiness reviews, and structured handoffs to managed services
- Mentor Associate Program Managers and raise the delivery bar across the team

What we are looking for

- 3+ years of program or project management experience delivering software or CRM implementations
- Track record of running multiple concurrent client-facing projects end-to-end
- Strong command of delivery fundamentals - scope, schedule, risk, budget, and stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication - you will present to client executives regularly
- Comfortable with delivery tooling such as Jira, Asana, or equivalent, and crisp documentation habits
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
- Willingness to work from our Noida office with flexibility for global client calls

Nice to have

- Hands-on exposure to Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365 implementation projects

- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification

- Prior consulting or SI background where you owned client relationships

- Experience managing fixed-price engagements and change control
