About the Role

Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a smart, technology-friendly, and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage our e-commerce website, online orders, digital inventory, product listings, and day-to-day online store operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with technology and have basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, AI tools, e-commerce operations, and online inventory management.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys managing an online business and taking responsibility for keeping the website, products, stock, orders, and customer information accurate and up to date.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Website Management

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Angroos e-commerce website.
- Add and update products, categories, prices, descriptions, specifications, and images.
- Ensure all product information displayed on the website is accurate.
- Update banners, offers, collections, and seasonal products when required.
- Monitor the website regularly and identify errors, broken pages, incorrect information, or other issues.
- Coordinate with the development team for technical website issues and improvements.
- Ensure new products are published on time.

Online Order Management

- Monitor and process online orders.
- Verify customer, product, payment, and delivery information.
- Update order status accurately at each stage.
- Coordinate with packing, accounts, inventory, and delivery teams.
- Ensure customers receive proper order and delivery updates.
- Follow up on delayed, pending, cancelled, or incomplete orders.
- Maintain accurate online order records.

Digital Inventory Management

- Maintain and update digital inventory regularly.
- Ensure website stock matches actual available inventory.
- Update out-of-stock and restocked products promptly.
- Monitor fast-moving and low-stock products.
- Coordinate with the store, purchase, and inventory teams for stock updates.
- Avoid overselling caused by incorrect online inventory.




- Maintain accurate product SKUs, variants, quantities, and pricing.

SEO & Website Performance

- Perform basic SEO for products, categories, and website pages.
- Create SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
- Conduct basic keyword research.
- Monitor website visibility through Google Search Console and other available tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic website traffic.
- Coordinate with the SEO or marketing team for advanced optimization when required.

Digital Marketing Support

- Support online promotions, seasonal campaigns, offers, and product launches.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and social media teams.
- Assist with website landing pages and campaign-related product updates.
- Understand basic Google, Meta, social media, and digital marketing concepts.
- Monitor which products and categories are performing well online.

Product Content & Photography

- Coordinate product photography and content requirements.
- Take clean product photos and short videos using a smartphone when required.
- Edit/crop basic product images for website use.
- Ensure website product images are clear, attractive, and properly organized.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content creators when professional content is required.

AI & Technology

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools to improve product descriptions, SEO content, research, and day-to-day work.
- Explore new AI and technology tools that can improve e-commerce efficiency.
- Be comfortable learning new software, dashboards, and online tools.
- Suggest technology-based improvements for website and e-commerce operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce website management.




- Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and up-to-date technology.
- Understanding of online orders and digital inventory management.
- Basic smartphone photography and video skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and take responsibility for daily website operations.
- Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or another e-commerce platform is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and relevant skills may also apply.
