Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Odoo Developer Trainee to join our development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience who have a basic understanding of Python, web technologies, and databases and are interested in building their career in Odoo ERP development.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and work on Odoo ERP development, customization, and implementation.
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript under the guidance of senior developers.
- Work with Odoo models, fields, views, menus, actions, workflows, and security rules.
- Assist in customizing standard Odoo modules according to business requirements.
- Support bug fixing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Odoo applications.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases and perform basic SQL queries.
- Assist in integrating third-party APIs and external applications with Odoo.
- Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain proper technical documentation for developed modules and features.
- Coordinate with senior developers and functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Follow coding standards and contribute to writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Continuously learn Odoo features, development practices, and relevant technologies.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in learning Odoo ERP and business processes.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of the Odoo framework.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu.
- Experience with academic, internship, or personal projects using Python.
- Understanding of ERP concepts and business workflows.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
