Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to create high-performing short-form content for performance marketing and social media. This role is ideal for someone who understands what makes content work on Meta ads, is comfortable working with AI video tools, and can consistently deliver quality content at pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form content tailored for performance marketing and social media marketing
- Apply a strong understanding of short-form content best practices for Meta ads
- Create AI Avatar videos using tools like HeyGen, Google Flow, Grok, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, and similar
- Fulfil a daily target of 3 short-form videos (15-30 seconds each)
- Take full ownership of assigned content and work with dedication to meet deadlines
- Stay updated on trends and apply a strong eye for detail across all edits
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Up to 1-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably for social media or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with AI Avatar video tools
- Rapid learner who is proactive and takes initiative
- Dependable team player who respects core working hours but can go the extra mile when deadlines are tight
- Prior experience with a D2C brand is a plus
