Job Title: - Plant Manager

Location: Gift City Gandhi Nagar

Education Qualification: BE - Mechanical

Job Description:

· Minimum 7 years of hand-on experience in O&M; of electromechanical facilities, District Cooling Plants, Chiller Plants, Industrial plants and should be able to lead the planning and execution of all O&M; activities.

· Provide frequent communication with the client including status and schedule updates.

· Ensuring that all daily operations of the plant run smoothly and effectively.

· Work with the client and development team to implement innovative O&M; processes that improves plant efficiency.

· Solid organizational and communication skills. Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Additional knowledge/skills required by Plant Manager.

· HVAC Experience (Must have)

· Chiller Experience





· Chiller and Cooling Tower efficiency calculation knowledge

· HT & LT Panel knowledge

· Manpower Handling

· Break Down maintenance and schedule preparation

· Vendor Management

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
