Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Jr STEM & Robotics Coaches to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering engaging STEM and Robotics sessions, support senior trainers, and help create hands-on learning experiences for students.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about teaching, robotics, coding, and emerging technologies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting STEM & Robotics sessions in schools and educational institutions
- Support senior coaches during practical sessions and workshops
- Help students understand concepts related to robotics, coding, electronics, and innovation
- Coordinate with internal teams and reporting managers for smooth execution of sessions
- Maintain records, reports,



and documentation related to training activities
- Submit regular work updates through assigned reporting tools
- Ensure effective classroom engagement and student participation

Required Skills

- Passion for STEM education and hands-on learning
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Basic understanding of Robotics, Coding, Electronics, or STEM concepts
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Good teamwork, punctuality, and reliability

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms
- Prior teaching, tutoring, training, or coaching experience
- Understanding of curriculum planning or lesson execution

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or completed B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (Science / Computer Science) or equivalent
- Freshers with strong interest in STEM & Robotics are encouraged to apply
- Gujarati speaking is mandatory
- Knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage
