Roles and Responsibilities

Business Development / Sales - Trainee / Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, emails, cold calls, and other channels
- Maintain and update lead databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospects
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Schedule meetings with customers for sales and solutioning to understand customer needs and requirements
- Responsible for overall Marketing and achieving monthly/quarterly/half-yearly & annual Targets.
- Create minutes of meetings,



follow up and ensure timely execution across internal and external parties.
- Requirements -
- Excellent communication skills
- Graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A strong interest in business development and sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Digital Marketing - Trainee / Associate
- Develop current marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with the target audience
- Monitor corporate branding applications across the projects marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently.
- Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports
- Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities
- Create digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in the brand messaging.
- Work with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Prepare emails and newsletters to send to current customers.
- Launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers.
- Optimise the business website to increase online traffic.
- Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms.
- Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance.
- Maintain and monitor online listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Track marketing metrics and analyse digital data to measure marketing success.
- ability to use SEO, SEM and marketing databases for promotional purposes
- understanding of landing pages optimisation, user funnels and A/B testing
- knowledge of email, newsletters, push notification and display advertising campaigns

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
