We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Chat Support Associates to join a leading Multi-National Company (MNC) in Vadodara. In this role, you will handle real-time customer queries via chat, providing quick, accurate, and professional resolutions while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via live chat support in a professional manner.
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalation paths.
- Maintain high quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
- Document customer interactions and details accurately within the system.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: HSC Pass (12th Standard) or Graduate in any stream.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Typing Skills:



Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in Rotational Night Shifts.
- Freshers with strong communication and typing skills are welcome to apply!
