What You’ll Do

- Build Business Pipeline: Identify and onboard commercial businesses such as factories, warehouses, workshops, kitchens, service centers, and manufacturing units for video data collection.
- Territory Expansion: Explore assigned towns, industrial areas, and business clusters to identify new recording opportunities.
- Business Conversion: Complete accurate conversion details and ensure businesses are ready and scheduled for recording.
- Recording Support: Assist field operations on recording days by resolving access, scheduling, and business-related concerns.
- Pipeline Management: Keep the coordinator updated on conversions, scheduled recordings, and any field issues.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with businesses throughout the recording process.

What We’re Looking For

- Localite Requirement: Native fluency in the local language of the zone, along with working proficiency in English or Hindi (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Sales Executive,



Business Development Executive, or in a similar field-facing role.
- Network Strength: An existing network of business owners in the region — you should be able to name, reach, and engage real business owners in your territory. This will be assessed during the interview.

Compensation

- Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Incentives: Unlimited incentives on deal closing (earnings directly linked to performance with no upper cap)
