Job Description:

Looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to direct counter sales, lead sales executives, and maximize revenue across our textile and readymade apparel sections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute daily/monthly sales targets for sarees, dress materials, suitings, and readymade clothing.
- Monitor counter sales performance and ensure proper customer service standards.
- Track fast-moving fabric/apparel trends and coordinate restocks with inventory supervisors.
- Manage festive sale events, seasonal offers, and section promotions.

Requirements:

- Mandatory 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager/Assistant Manager in a Textile Showroom.
- Excellent leadership, customer negotiation, and sales-driving skills.

Pay: ₹14,349.36 - ₹57,085.10 per month
