- Supervise and manage security guards and daily security operations.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain security registers, visitor records, and incident reports.
- Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Conduct regular security rounds and identify safety/security risks.
- Handle emergencies, incidents, and security-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Factory Management when required.
- Ensure employees follow company security and discipline procedures.
- Monitor attendance and shift deployment of security personnel.
- Prepare and submit daily security reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial/factory security.
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage security guards and handle shift operations.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and incident handling.
- Age: Preferably below 45 years
