Job Summary

We are looking for adigitally proficient Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies across digital, e-commerce, website, and marketplace channels. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, website management, marketplace operations, performance marketing, campaign planning, data analysis, and brand growth.

The role will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning and visibility, driving online sales and revenue, optimizing digital advertising performance, managing website and marketplace presence, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective execution of brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning, visibility, awareness, and overall growth across digital and e-commerce channels.
- Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive brand awareness, traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue while maintaining efficient ROAS.
- Performance Marketing: Analyse campaign performance, audience behaviour, conversion data, and key metrics to continuously optimize advertising budgets, creatives, targeting, funnels, and campaign performance.
- Website Management: Manage and oversee the company website, including product listings, content, landing pages, banners, offers, pricing, product information,



and overall website performance to ensure an engaging and conversion-focused customer experience.
- Website Performance & Conversion Optimization: Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, customer journeys, and other key performance indicators and implement improvements to increase conversions and revenue.
- Marketplace Management: Manage and coordinate marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and other relevant marketplaces, with a strong understanding of marketplace processes, product listings, promotions, advertising, inventory coordination, and sales performance.
- Marketplace Growth: Monitor marketplace sales, visibility, rankings, product performance, customer reviews, pricing, promotions, and advertising performance and work on initiatives to improve overall marketplace revenue.
- Campaign & Promotion Planning: Plan and execute digital campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, festive campaigns, and brand activations across Meta, website, marketplaces, and other relevant digital channels.
- Creative & Content Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external creative teams for ad creatives, product visuals, videos, banners, website content, and Social media assets, and campaign communication while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse key digital and e-commerce metrics including ROAS, conversion rate, website revenue, marketplace sales, and campaign ROI, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Budget Management: Plan and monitor digital marketing and advertising budgets, ensuring optimum utilization of spends and maximizing return on investment.
- Product & Category Management: Coordinate with Product, Sales,



E-commerce, and Operations teams for new product launches, product availability, pricing, product content, offers, and promotional strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Creative, Product, Operations, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution of brand and digital marketing initiatives.
- Performance Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, digital engagement, website conversions, marketplace performance, and overall online revenue.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of website management and conversion optimization
- Good understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and other marketplace operations
- Understanding of ROAS, ROI, conversion rate, CPC, CPM, and other digital marketing metrics
- Solid campaign planning and execution skills
- Excellent coordination and project management abilities
- Good understanding of digital consumer behaviour and e-commerce trends
- Ability to work with creative and content teams
- Ability to independently manage multiple digital and e-commerce initiatives

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, or a similar role.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Website Management, and Marketplace Management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
