We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Explain company products/services clearly to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Identify customer requirements and share relevant information.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and sales activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
