About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to take ownership of visual communication across branding, marketing, social media, and events. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative briefs into engaging and high-quality visual assets.

The role will primarily involve working on Pet Fed branding, event branding, social media creatives, promotional materials, and thumbnails, while maintaining consistency with the brand's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for Pet Fed branding and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging social media posts, stories, thumbnails, digital creatives, and promotional assets.
- Design event branding and event-related collaterals, including banners, standees, backdrops, posters, signage, and other promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign and branding requirements.
- Maintain consistency across all brand communication and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
- Create designs for both digital and print media.
- Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats for various platforms and requirements.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, promotions, and brand initiatives.




- Handle photo editing, image manipulation, retouching, and basic image enhancement as required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Review, refine, and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of graphic design, branding, typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience in event branding, social media design, and marketing creatives.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop fresh and engaging visual concepts.
- Valuable understanding of social media design formats and digital creative requirements.
- Ability to work independently from concept development to final artwork.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Software Requirements

Strong working knowledge of:

- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Knowledge of basic photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation tools will be required.

Experience

- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic designing.
- Experience in branding, event branding, social media, marketing, or consumer-facing brands will be preferred.
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio showcasing branding, event creatives, social media designs, thumbnails, and marketing collaterals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Must be a pet lover

4. Video editing experience is a plus

5.Able to work with a team.
