DC Staffing Solutions Inc. is a Canadian staffing and recruitment company providing skilled and general labour staffing solutions to clients across Canada.

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruiter based in India to support our Canadian recruitment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various positions across Canada, with a solid focus on transportation, trucking, logistics, warehousing, and general labour.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who meet client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephone/video screening and assess candidates for skills, experience, availability, and suitability.
- Recruit candidates for positions including:
- AZ/DZ Drivers
- Truck Drivers
- Warehouse Associates
- Forklift Operators
- Dock Workers
- Shippers/Receivers
- General Labourers
- Supervisors and other logistics positions.
- Explain job responsibilities, wages, shifts, locations, and employment conditions to candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and Canadian clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview results, job offers, onboarding, and start dates.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the company's ATS/CRM.
- Complete candidate documentation and ensure all required information is collected.
- Conduct reference checks and other pre-employment screening as required.
- Coordinate with the Canadian operations team to ensure candidates are successfully placed.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets/KPIs.




- Follow up with previously interviewed and inactive candidates to identify new opportunities.
- Assist with urgent and high-volume recruitment requirements.

Canadian Recruitment Requirements

The recruiter should become familiar with:

- Canadian provinces and major cities
- Canadian employment terminology
- Canadian time zones
- Canadian trucking and transportation terminology
- AZ/DZ licensing requirements
- Warehouse and logistics positions
- Canadian wage structures
- Shift schedules and overtime
- Basic employment and staffing practices

Previous Canadian recruitment experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with excellent recruitment skills and the ability to learn quickly will also be considered.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in volume recruitment or staffing is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong telephone communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working Canadian business hours.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under recruitment targets and deadlines.

Working Hours

The position will primarily support Canadian business operations and therefore requires evening/night working hours in India, depending on the Canadian time zone and business requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
