- Position: Marketing & Branding Manager
- Experience: 5 – 7 Years (Real Estate)

- Salary: As per the industry standard

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare marketing strategies and execute marketing campaigns.
- Manage external agencies for social media, branding, website, video production, PR, and creative services.
- Prepare marketing calendars and execution plans.
- Coordinate with sales, projects, CRM, and management teams.
- Manage project launch activities, events, and photoshoots.
- Review creative deliverables and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Track marketing budgets, timelines, and campaign progress.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and presentations.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and process improvements

Skills & Knowledge Requirements





- 5–7 years of proven sales success in the real estate industry.
- Solid project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to make marketing decisions independently.
- Experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, accountable, and capable of leading projects with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
