Recovery & Outstanding Management
- Take ownership of assigned outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.
- Regularly follow up with customers/dealers for overdue payments through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and visits wherever required.
- Maintain an updated outstanding/recovery tracker.
- Prioritize accounts based on ageing, outstanding value, and payment commitments.
- Obtain explicit payment commitments from customers and ensure follow-up until payment realization.
- Escalate long-pending or critical accounts to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams for reconciliation of customer accounts, invoices, credit notes, and payment discrepancies.
- Ensure customers adhere to agreed credit terms.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
