Key Responsibilities1. Patient Care

- Monitor and manage inpatients, especially cardiac patients, in consultation with consultants.
- Attend to emergency cases and stabilize patients before specialist intervention.
- Perform routine examinations, clinical assessments, and document findings accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders and hospital protocols.

2. Clinical Support

- Assist consultants during procedures, surgeries, and investigations.
- Participate in ward rounds and patient care meetings.
- Review patient reports, diagnostic results, and advise on further management as per protocols.

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate patient records, discharge summaries, and progress notes.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in medical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

4. Emergency & Critical Care

- Respond promptly to cardiac emergencies (like ACS, arrhythmias, post-op complications).
- Coordinate with ICU, Cath Lab, and other clinical teams for patient management.
- Perform basic life support and advanced life support interventions as required.

5. Coordination & Communication





- Communicate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments.
- Guide junior medical staff and interns in routine patient care.
- Provide updates to patients’ families regarding medical condition and care plan.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong clinical knowledge in cardiology and critical care.
- Positive decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies.
- Familiarity with hospital management software and medical documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBBS with valid registration (MCI/NMC).
- 1–2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in cardiology or critical care.
- ACLS/BLS certification is highly desirable.

Work Conditions

- Shift-based work including night duty and weekends.
- On-call responsibilities for emergencies and inpatient care.
- Work in ICU, Cath Lab, and wards as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
