Job Title: Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer service requirements and prepare job cards.
- Explain service recommendations, estimates, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/Any Graduate (Automobile background preferred).
- 1–10 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the relevant domain.
- Positive communication, customer handling, and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
