About the Role

We're looking for a driven Website Sales Executive to generate leads, pitch website design and development services, and close deals with businesses looking to build or revamp their online presence. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and converting inquiries into signed projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable website solutions (new build, redesign, e-commerce, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements
- Explain website packages, features, pricing, and timelines clearly to non-technical clients
- Coordinate with the design/development team to scope projects accurately before quoting
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets




- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and industry pricing

Required Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of experience in sales (web/digital services, IT, or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical/website concepts in simple terms to clients
- Comfortable with outbound sales (calls, emails, follow-ups)
- Basic understanding of websites, CMS platforms, and digital marketing concepts
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Current Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Digital marketing or outbound sales: 1 year (Required)

- English fluently? (Required)
