About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to support bulk hiring requirements for our growing admissions call center operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and consultants.
- Conduct screening and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Manage offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Build candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years recruitment experience.
- Bulk hiring experience is mandatory.
- BPO recruitment experience preferred.
- Solid sourcing and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia and LinkedIn.
