Experience

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, infrastructure, or related sectors.

Qualification

- Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) – Mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering/Science preferred.
- Additional certifications such as First Aid, Fire Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety procedures.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training programs.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events, and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and compliance documentation.




- Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and fire safety activities.
- Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and client safety requirements.
- Liaise with management, contractors, and employees on safety matters.
- Monitor work permits and high-risk activities such as hot work, confined space entry, and work at height.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
- Good understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification techniques.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead safety initiatives and enforce compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety documentation.

Key Requirements

- ADIS qualification is mandatory.
- 5–6 years of relevant safety experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage site safety operations.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
