Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Adviser to join our Purplle retail team at Kizhakkambalam. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their beauty and skincare requirements.
- Recommend suitable beauty, skincare, haircare and personal-care products.
- Demonstrate products and explain their features, benefits and usage.
- Achieve daily, monthly and store-level sales targets.
- Drive product trials, cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Keep the beauty counter/store clean, organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on recent launches and trends.




- Ensure proper stock display and report stock-related issues to the Store Manager.
- Support promotional activities, offers and in-store campaigns.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / equivalent.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in beauty, skincare and makeup.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates who are locally available in or around Kizhakkambalam are preferred.
