## Job Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI/ML leader to drive the development, deployment, and governance of AI-powered workflows and automation across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight with practical implementation, mentoring a growing team of AI engineers while collaborating with stakeholders across departments. The Head of AI/ML will define AI strategy, embed AI competence across business functions, and pioneer cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-making.

## Must Have Skills

* Generative AI, LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI workflow design.

* Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Power Platform.

* AI governance, safety, compliance, and ethical frameworks.

* 10+ years in technical roles, with 5+ years in AI/ML and automation solutions.

* Proven track record of building and deploying AI-enabled workflows in enterprise environments.

* Leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.

* Strong communication skills to convey AI capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment.

## Good to Have Skills

* MLOps, cloud-native data engineering, and AI integrations with CRM.

* PowerShell scripting, SQL,



and workflow automation.

* Experience in enterprise AI strategy and AI solution rollout.

* Hands-on knowledge of MLOps, cloud-native data engineering, and AI integrations with CRM or business applications.

* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, SQL, and workflow automation.

* Experience with model-driven apps, Dataverse, and business reporting solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered workflows using LLMs, intelligent agents, and automation tools.

* Guide AI governance, ethical use, and standardization across all AI-enabled solutions.

* Mentor and manage a high-performing AI engineering team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

* Work hands-on to build prototypes, models, and AI solutions for internal stakeholders.

* Collaborate with business units to train staff and promote effective use of AI tools in daily operations.

* Stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies and recommend relevant applications to improve business processes.

* Contribute to long-term AI strategy, vendor evaluations, and scalable AI adoption plans.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) while implementing AI solutions.





* Collaborate globally across teams and time zones, supporting business needs in a flexible workplace.

## Required Skills & Qualifications
