We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

Digiweave Mediatech LLP is looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Thane.

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

What You’ll Do

- Generate and qualify B2B & D2C leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Identify potential clients across B2B, D2C & E-commerce segments.
- Understand client business, marketing, sales, and technology requirements.
- Pitch digital marketing services including Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, and more.
- Understand requirements for custom software, website development, automation & integrations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solutions.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, creative & development teams.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure and client onboarding.
- Build strong client relationships and identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve assigned business & revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, D2C/E-commerce,



IT/Software company is preferred.
- Experience dealing with B2B and/or D2C clients.
- Good understanding of digital marketing & e-commerce.
- Exposure to custom software development, websites, automation, or technology solutions is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & closing skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend the right solutions.
- Experience handling multiple accounts or industries is a plus.
- Notice Period: 30 days or less.
