Job Title: Business Development Executive – Voice Process

Job Type: Full-Time | Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives on Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a well-spoken, customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our voice process team. This role is ideal for candidates coming from a restaurant, hospitality, or guest-service background — someone used to handling guests, taking orders, managing reservations, or resolving customer concerns with warmth and professionalism. Telecalling experience (Airtel or similar) is also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads
- Handle inbound customer queries and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Deliver a friendly, guest-service style experience over the phone — the same warmth and attentiveness used in restaurant/hospitality settings, applied to customer calls
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, courteous communication
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales/support team for smooth customer handling

Requirements

- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, F&B;, or guest-relations industry (front desk, guest service, order-taking, reservations, or customer support) — OR prior telecalling experience (Airtel/telecom background preferred)
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, patience, and people-handling skills
- Comfortable working target/incentive-based roles
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools a plus)
