Key Responsibilities

 Create and optimize CNC turning/milling programs using Mastercam software.

 Convert engineering drawings into G-code programs for CNC machines.

 Simulate toolpaths to ensure collision-free machining and optimize cycle times.

 Collaborate with CNC operators to troubleshoot programming issues.

 Update and maintain program library for standard components.

 Support production with urgent program modifications and new part programming.

Qualifications & Skills

 Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering or ITI with Mastercam certification.

 1-2 years hands-on Mastercam programming experience (turning/milling).

 Proficiency in 2D/3D modelling, toolpath generation, and post-processing.

 Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls and CNC machining processes.

 Ability to read technical drawings and work with tolerances.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
