About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a Civil Engineering background and experience in Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to understand client requirements and identify recent business opportunities.

The role will involve developing new client relationships, generating leads, understanding project requirements, presenting solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.

· Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

· Connect with clients to understand their requirements and business needs.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations as required.

· Follow up with prospects and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.

· Track market trends,



competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

· 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

· Strong commercial understanding and a result-oriented approach.

· Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
