Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, Tally, GST, and Income Tax compliance. Experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and book-keeping.
- Handle accounting entries in ERP and Tally.
- Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Manage GST compliance, return filing support, and reconciliations.
- Assist in Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance matters.
- Prepare MIS reports and accounting schedules using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Proficiency in ERP Software, MS Excel, and Tally.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Experience in the Real Estate/Construction sector will be an added advantage.
