About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our remote team. The intern will help us connect with businesses that may need website development services.

This role is suitable for freshers who want to gain practical experience in sales, business development, client communication, and digital services.

Responsibilities

- Contact potential business customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Identify businesses that may need a new website or website improvements.
- Explain our website development services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the team.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain a record of leads and follow-ups.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into customers.
- Work toward agreed sales and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the team during the client onboarding process.

Requirements

- Fresher or 0–1 year of sales/business development experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable speaking with potential customers.
- Willingness to make sales calls and follow up with prospects.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Interest in sales, websites, and digital services.
- Basic knowledge of websites or digital marketing is a plus.

No prior sales experience is required.

Compensation

- Fixed stipend: ₹3,000 per month
- Additional performance-based incentives for successful sales, as per the company's incentive structure.
- Remote / Work From Home.
- Training and guidance will be provided.
