About the Role

Madane Design Workshop LLP is looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in commercial, turnkey, and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with clients and vendors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, BOQ, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Coordinate and monitor commercial, turnkey, and interior projects.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, measurements, billing, and quantity calculations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of site work, measurements, material requirements, and progress.




- Check material requirements and coordinate with vendors for timely availability.
- Ensure proper execution of finishing and interior works.
- Handle client requirements and provide regular updates regarding project progress.
- Assist in project handover and submission-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant site experience.
- Experience in commercial, turnkey, and interior projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of site execution, BOQ, billing, measurements, and quantity estimation.
- Strong client and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working hours may vary depending on project requirements, deadlines, and project submission/handover schedules.

What We’re Looking For

A proactive and detail-oriented skilled who can independently manage site activities, coordinate effectively with clients and project teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects from start to completion.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
