Position: Freelance Plastic Surgeon

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Plastic Surgeon for a freelance/consulting role. The candidate should have strong expertise in comprehensive plastic, cosmetic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgeries involving both upper and lower body.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and independently manage a wide range of plastic and cosmetic surgeries.
- Handle upper-body and lower-body surgical procedures as per patient requirements.
- Evaluate patients, plan procedures, and provide appropriate pre- and post-operative care.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, surgical quality, and infection control.
- Coordinate with the OT, nursing, and clinical teams during procedures.
- Maintain proper clinical documentation and follow all applicable professional standards.

Required Expertise

The candidate should have hands-on experience in multiple areas, including:

Upper Body:
Breast surgery, breast augmentation/reduction, gynecomastia surgery, arm procedures and other relevant upper-body surgeries.

Lower Body:
Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction/body contouring, thigh procedures,



buttock procedures and other relevant lower-body surgeries.

Facial & Other Procedures:
Facial aesthetic procedures, scar revision, reconstructive procedures and other commonly performed plastic surgery procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- MBBS with MS/DNB/MCh/appropriate recognized qualification in Plastic Surgery.
- Strong clinical and surgical experience in Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery.
- Ability to independently assess patients and perform relevant procedures.
- Excellent surgical skills, patient communication and professional conduct.
- Experience in handling a broad range of full-body plastic and cosmetic surgeries preferred.

Freelance Engagement

- Freelance / Consultant basis
- Minimum 3 visits per week
- Visit schedule to be mutually decided based on surgery and patient requirements.
- Per-visit / per-surgery remuneration, as mutually agreed.
- Flexible collaboration with scope for long-term association.
