Job Summary

An SAP Ariba Network Supplier Enablement qualified manages the end-to-end onboarding, integration, and training of vendors onto the SAP Business Network. They bridge the gap between internal procurement/IT teams and external suppliers to transition traditional supply chains to automated, electronic transactions (purchase orders, catalogs, and e-invoicing)

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Strategy: Define and execute supplier enablement flight plans, wave schedules, and onboarding targets.

Supplier Integration: Guide suppliers through standard or enterprise account setup, cXML/EDI mapping, and ERP connectivity via the Managed Gateway.

Communication & Training: Lead communication campaigns, host training webinars, and build educational materials for suppliers.

Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), Tax, Legal, and IT teams.

Tracking & Escalation: Monitor supplier adoption metrics, enforce compliance policies,



and resolve operational or technical bottlenecks

Skill Requirements

Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Network, Buyer & Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP).

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Purchase Order (PO) flip, catalog setup (CIF/Punchout), and B2B/cXML data integration standards.

Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and vendor-facing communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
