Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, curious and highly proactive Social Media Executive who wants to learn the complete process of building a brand on social media — from content execution to strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage LCOD’s Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and content pillars.
- Research trends, formats, hooks and content ideas relevant to students and youth.
- Coordinate and assist in shooting Reels, interviews, student stories and campus content.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts and basic social media copy.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, faculty and students for content.
- Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories and campaigns.
- Monitor reach, engagement, followers, leads and content performance.
- Study analytics and identify what content is working and why.
- Participate in campaign planning for admissions, courses, events and brand initiatives.




- Research competitors, creators and emerging social media trends.
- Gradually take ownership of social media strategy, campaigns and monthly reporting.

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in Instagram, Reels, content and digital trends.
- Valuable communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or video editing is preferred.
- Comfortable being around students, shooting content and working on campus.
- Most importantly: willingness to learn, take ownership and grow.

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed as a learning-to-lead position. You will initially focus on execution and gradually learn content strategy, analytics, campaign planning, audience psychology and social media growth, with the opportunity to grow into a Social Media Manager.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month depending on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
