Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
- Maintain records related to vehicles, drivers, routes, attendance, duty sheets, and operations.
- Prepare reports related to route payments, penalties, vehicle utilization, and operational performance.
- Update and maintain Excel and Google Sheets records accurately.
- Create and maintain dashboards, Pivot Tables, charts, and other reports.
- Coordinate with the Operations, HR, Accounts, and Admin teams for data collection and verification.
- Identify data errors, mismatches, and missing information and ensure timely correction.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
- Perform any other MIS and data-related tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.




- Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF, Filters, Conditional Formatting, and Charts.
- Good data management and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in MIS, Data Management, Operations, or Reporting will be preferred.
- Students need not apply.
- Only experienced candidates should apply.
- Candidates planning to go abroad or returning from abroad need not apply.
- Required Experience: 2–3 Years
