Job Summary

BookMyGlow is looking for an experienced and result-oriented City Head to take ownership of sales growth, team management and market expansion in the assigned city.

The City Head will be responsible for building and managing the sales team, driving client acquisition and achieving city-level business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, manage and lead the BookMyGlow sales team.
- Recruit, train and motivate Sales Executives and Business Development professionals.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Drive acquisition of salons, parlours and beauty professionals.
- Develop and execute city-level sales strategies.
- Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline and conversion rates.
- Conduct field visits and support the team in client meetings and closures.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Review team performance and take corrective actions when required.




- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
- Take complete ownership of sales growth and market expansion in the assigned territory.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales or Team Management.
- Previous experience in managing or leading a sales team is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to recruit, train and motivate team members.
- Strong understanding of local markets and customer acquisition.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Highly motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
