Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to handle routine accounting and office finance-related activities. The candidate will assist with maintaining records, billing, entries, payments, and day-to-day accounts work.

Candidates with practical experience in Tally and Excel will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts and transaction records.
- Enter purchase, sales, payment, and receipt transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices and bills.
- Maintain customer and supplier records.
- Handle routine cash and bank entries.
- Assist with ledger checking and reconciliation.
- Support basic GST-related accounting work.
- Maintain files and accounting documents.
- Check entries for accuracy and resolve basic discrepancies.
- Assist with regular accounts-related office work.

Candidate Requirements

- 12th Pass or Graduate; B.Com candidates are preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.




- Practical knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of routine accounting and billing work.
- Good attention to detail.
- Responsible and organized approach to work.
