We are looking for a Store In-Charge / Store Executive to manage and maintain the day-to-day store activities at our construction site. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and willing to learn about construction materials, inventory management, and site store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations at the construction site.
- Receive and check construction materials delivered to the site.
- Verify material quantity against delivery challans, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain proper records of material inward and outward movements.
- Issue materials to site workers and engineers as per approved requirements.
- Maintain and update stock registers and inventory records.
- Assist in regular physical stock counting and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about material requirements.




- Ensure proper storage and safe handling of construction materials.
- Maintain records of tools, equipment, PPE, and consumable items.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Purchase Team, Vendors, and Contractors for material-related activities.
- Prepare basic daily and weekly stock reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the store area.
- Report shortages, damages, excess stock, or material wastage to the senior team.
- Follow site safety and company guidelines.
