We are looking for a smart, polite, and customer-friendly Front Office Boys to join our hotel team. You will help ensure the guests have a smooth and pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations
- Assist guests with queries, requests, and hotel information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain records and update the system regularly
- Handle billing, payments, and basic cashiering
- Resolve guest issues politely and efficiently
