About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Centre Head to oversee the overall operations, administration, team management, parent engagement, and performance of our preschool centre. The ideal candidate should be confident in independently managing centre operations and leading teachers and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage teachers and support staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Oversee day-to-day preschool operations, scheduling, enrolment, and parent communication.
- Ensure a safe, clean, organised, and compliant centre environment.
- Monitor centre performance, enrolment, revenue, expenses, and operational targets.
- Build robust relationships with parents and encourage their involvement.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and monitor programme effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records related to enrolment, attendance, curriculum, and centre operations.




- Prepare regular reports and ensure timely documentation.
- Take ownership of centre-level decisions and drive operational improvements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Centre Head, Centre Directress, Branch Head, or similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of children's development and needs.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with parents.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and email.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
