Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in the New Town–Rajarhat area. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Recent Town, Rajarhat, and North 24 Parganas real estate market.




- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Must own a smartphone. Two-wheeler is Requied.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
