Maintenance Engineer – CNC, VMC, Milling, Laser Cutting & Press Brake Machines

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer responsible for preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of CNC, VMC, CNC Milling, Laser Cutting and Press Brake/Bending Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, milling, laser cutting and bending machines.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic machine issues.

Diagnose and repair CNC control, servo, spindle, sensor and drive-related faults.

Maintain machine accuracy, performance and production uptime.

Handle preventive maintenance schedules, inspections and machine servicing.

Identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts inventory and service reports.

Coordinate with machine manufacturers and external service engineers when required.

Ensure machines are safely operated and maintained as per standard procedures.

Experience/Qualification Keywords

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

3–8 years of experience in industrial machine maintenance

Experience with CNC/VMC, Milling, Laser Cutting and Press Brake/Bending Machines

Manufacturing/Engineering/Automobile/Sheet Metal industry experience preferred.

Willingness to handle breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
