Nettech is an IT training institute offering career-focused training programs in Networking, IT Security, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic IT Counselor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students and prospective candidates about our IT training programs.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and student interactions.
- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team when required.
- Assist with student engagement, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Support basic social media and digital marketing activities when required.

Candidate Requirements**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of computers and basic IT concepts is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Networking, Security, Cloud,



or Cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with students and explaining course-related information.
- Good counselling, convincing, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and online lead generation will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, professional behavior, and willingness to learn.
