Client from BKC into Working Sace is looking for an Architecture / Projects professional to join the Projects team and support internal expansion, space redesign, and technology upgrade initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Plan

coordinate internal expansion and office development projects. Support space planning, redesign, renovation, and workplace improvement projects.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and execution.

Assist in preparing layouts, BOQs, project documentation, and cost estimates. Ensure projects are completed within agreed time, quality, and budget parameters.

Support technology and infrastructure upgrade projects as required. Conduct site visits and monitor project execution and progress.

Candidate Profile 4–5 years of relevant experience in architecture, workplace projects,



interiors, project coordination, or similar roles. B.Arch / relevant Architecture qualification preferred.

Strong understanding of space planning, layouts, execution, and project coordination. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with external vendors/consultants. Candidates with experience in corporate office, commercial, workplace, or interior projects would be preferred. Compensation

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
